We had an issue with one of our windows and they came out and reviewed the problem. Even though it was a manufacturing issue they assured me it will be taken care of and it was. Great customer service! Great response.

Great prices and great windows, but service was a bit lacking. They are trying to make improvements. Didn't explain how the post-installation service works and it took several visits to finish the job. Takes longer than they estimate to…
