  Brian Servatius has been a practicing attorney in Hayward since 1972. His legal staff consists of his two daughters, Jenny and Emily – which makes their law office a true family practice! Brian is a graduate of Santa Clara University, was class valedictorian and obtained his law degree from the University of California, Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law. Brian has a thorough knowledge of the bankruptcy laws, especially based on his many years of practical experience. He decided to specialize in consumer bankruptcy because it was a “helping” area of the law, which could be utilized to better the lives of individuals and families.  Brian and his daughters are friendly individuals and desire to make you less fearful of the bankruptcy process.   This gentleman has been doing bankrutcies since 1976 so he has seen it all. He is not judgmental and him and his staff are friendly and cooperative. They will do whatever it takes to get the job done in a timely manner.
